Mercury Kids

Support

Mercury Kids is a space learning game for children aged 3 to 7. Free, no ads.

What age is it for?

For children aged 3 to 7, mainly preschool: numbers and counting, letters, shapes, logic and listening. Younger children enjoy the listening games and tracing; older ones the adding, subtracting and logic puzzles.

How much does it cost?

The web version is free, with no ads. The upcoming iPad and iPhone app will have a free core with no ads; extra content will be available as optional purchases, always behind a parental gate.

How do I open the grown-ups area?

On the start screen, tap For grown-ups and answer the question for grown-ups (a multiplication). After three wrong answers the gate locks for a little while, and longer after repeated mistakes (up to 5 minutes). There you will find the children’s profiles, progress, missions, backup and links to these pages.

Can several children play?

Yes. In For grown-ups → Manage profiles, add a profile with a nickname and picture for each child. Each child’s progress is saved separately. Children pick their profile at the top of the start screen.

What are missions?

Optional practice you set in the grown-ups area: choose a world, how many different levels and, if you like, a due date. Missions never lock anything; your child can keep playing whatever they like.

Our progress is gone, or we have a new tablet

Progress is stored in the browser on that device. It is deleted when you clear the website’s data or play in a private window, and Safari may delete it if the site isn’t visited for about a week. So download a backup from time to time: For grown-ups → Backup → Download JSON. On a new device, load it with Import JSON; it is safely merged with what is already there.

We can’t hear any sound

Check the device volume and silent mode. Browsers only start sound after the first tap, so tap any world first. Voices are recorded in Czech, English and Spanish; switch the language with the flags on the start screen.

What about privacy?

There are no accounts, ads or analytics, and your child’s data stays on the device. See the privacy policy for details.
